WARRANTY

iFix Roofing guarantees the following from the date below:

1. Materials used will not crack, peel or flake.
2. Materials used will not separate from the substrate on which they are applied.
3. Materials used will not substantially change in colour. Warranty does not cover break down of material due to dirt build up and or organic material such as leaves and branches. It is the clients responsibility to keep surfaces free of debris.
4. Any damage to your home that occurs as a result of our works will be rectified free of charge, if it is proven with clear evidence that the damage were caused by representatives of our company as a result of the work being carried out.
5. Pre-existing leaks that we are engaged to fix as part of the original contract or work order will remain waterproof or will be fixed free of charge should they reoccur. Future leaks (other than the recurrence of pre-existing leaks that we were originally contracted to fix) that occur or leaks that we were not made aware of at the time of completing the roof restoration are not covered under this warranty.
6. For warranty to be valid, this form must be completed within 28 days of receiving final invoice by the invoice recipient.
7. This warranty is transferable to any future owner of the property provided iFix Roofing is notified in writing by the title transferee no longer than 90 days after the title transfer.
8. This warranty covers only the specific works performed by iFix Roofing.
9. All plumbing works were completed by a licensed and registered plumber (103798). Warranty covers all workmanship on plumbing services provided. Warranty does not cover breakdown/general deterioration on bonding materials.
10. Warranty periods:

• Tiled roof restoration (10 years)
• Roof plumbing (6 years)
• Tin roof restoration (7 years)
• Re bed & point (7 years)
