Our service includes a process that will ensure you’ll have the best looking roof for many years to come.

1. The entire roof is inspected by one of our qualified technicians.
2. The existing roof is thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure cleaner with 3800Psi.
3. Replacement and re-bed of all required areas, replacement of any broken tiles, hip tiles & ridge caps as required.
4. A preparation treatment is then applied to prevent future moss and mould from growing.
5. A coat of Sealer & Primer is applied to ensure strong adhesion with the Nu-tech paint variety’s, including NXT Cool Zone
6. Finally the entire roof is resprayed with a 2 coat Nu-tech paint colour of your choice or NXT Cool Zone coating in the colour of your choice. (applied @ 1L per 4M2)

1. Source and fix roof leaks
   Replace or change broken tiles
   Check and repair lead flashings (around vent pipes, gables, solar systems etc.)
   Clean out and relip valley irons where required
2. High Pressure Water Clean roof surface. Removal of dirt, oxidisation, moss, lichen etc. This is essential to the coating process.
   Rebed ridge and Hip caps as required
   Repoint all ridge and hip caps in colour matched flexible pointing
3. Clean off roof debris
   Clean and flush gutters and downpipes
   Clean your property including neighbours property of debris caused by roof work.

Our Roof Maintenance procedures are as follows:

1. Cover skylights, solar panels etc. to ensure no overspray
2. Spray a Surface Steriliser over moss susceptible areas
3. Seal & prime surface as per Australian Standards and Manufacturer’s
4. Recommendations (minimum 2 coats). Apply 2 coats of Colour specified Nu-Tech paint coating.

   Check and repair flashings (skylights, A/c’s etc.)
2. Apply moss removal treatment
   High Pressure Water Clean entire roof surface. Removal of dirt, oxidisation, moss, lichen etc. is essential to the coating process.
   Prime with water based, 2 pack Metal prime paint from Nu-Tech, dependant on surface and environmental conditions.
   Apply 2 coats of Colour specified Nu-Tech paint coating. *Optional procedures

Note:

• All surfaces can be applied NXT Cool Zone reducing heat and energy consumption by an avg of 6 to 10 degrees on a 32 degree day (tested and proven).
• Industrial applications of NXT Cool Zone have a slightly different procedure than above
